Personnel Concepts Names New CEO

Search firm cFour Partners announces completion of CEO search


4/15/05 Santa Monica, CA - cFour Partners Worldwide, an international retained executive search firm, is pleased to announce completion of a CEO search for Personnel Concepts with operations based in Pomona, California. Jason Kays has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer for Personnel Concepts, effective immediately. Mr. Keys most recently served as Vice President of Circulation and Vice President of Advertising Marketing for the Dallas Morning News (a subsidiary of Belo Corporation). Prior to that, he served as Engagement Manager for McKinsey and Company and Business Analyst/Team Leader for CSC Consulting & Systems Integration. Mr. Kays has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Oklahoma State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas.

Personnel Concepts was founded in 1993 and publishes workplace information posters that enable companies to comply with federal and state laws mandating the posting of certain information in the workplace for the benefit of employees. The Company sells it products to small and medium-sized businesses through direct marketing programs utilizing direct mail, telemarketing and the Internet and to larger corporate customers through a direct sales program.
