Robert Bellano
Founder, Managing Director
Robert Bellano is a leader in the executive recruitment industry. He's conducted senior-level executive searches for more than two decades, and has successfully completed over 20 Board of Director assignments. He focuses on large, global technology accounts as well as pre-IPO, California-based technology companies, and regularly represents over 20 venture capital firms, 30 private equity firms, and companies in consumer electronics, technology, engineering services, entertainment / media, energy, chemicals, manufacturing, etc.
Prior to founding cFour, Mr. Bellano worked with Stanton Chase International and its predecessor firms from 1983 to 1995, leading the firm's technology and international project recruiting practice. He has extensive operations and management experience, and has held senior-level management positions in sales, marketing, technical service, and human resources for leading chemicals and technology-oriented organizations, such as Occidental Chemical / Petroleum.
