Don Parker
Managing Director
Don Parker is a Managing Director at cFour Partners Worldwide and has clients ranging from Fortune 50 to entrepreneurial private equity-funded and venture-backed companies throughout the United States. He has conducted search assignments for Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officers, Presidents, Chief Financial Officers, and Senior Executive positions in all functional areas of sales, business development and marketing.
Mr. Parker has been consistently recognized in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in Executive Search, The Career Makers, North America's Top Executive Recruiters, and the 2005 best-selling book, A Marketing Plan for Life. Mr. Parker has successfully placed senior executives in the fields of enterprise software (products and services), consumer products, healthcare, life sciences, Internet providers, retail, manufacturing, financial sciences, real estate, energy, utilities, and telecommunications.
Mr. Parker possesses over 25 years of management and executive recruiting experience. He spent ten years in Vice President Human Resources positions managing the worldwide recruiting and staffing departments of The Wickes Corporation (a $4 billion, multi-national retailer and manufacturing company), and Union Bank of California.
For six years, Mr. Parker was a Partner and Managing Director of Korn Ferry International, responsible for opening their Orange County office. Since 1987, Mr. Parker has been a Managing Director and Partner with two of the fastest growing, highly successful, mid-sized executive recruiting organizations - Stanton Chase International and cFour Partners Worldwide.
