David Shotland

Director

David Shotland runs the defense, aerospace, medical, semiconductor / optics, and general manufacturing segment of cFour's practice. He has over 25 years experience in the recruitment of executive and technical talent for Fortune 500 companies as well as small, privately held organizations.

Previously, Mr. Shotland was President and founder of The Shotland Group, a Southern California-based search firm that included manufacturing clients in the medical products, industrial, and aerospace markets. The firm conducted searches at the President, Vice President, and Director levels in such functional areas as manufacturing operations, engineering, finance, accounting, supply chain management, and sales and marketing.

Prior to establishing The Shotland Group, Mr. Shotland was employed by Richard A. Margulies and Associates, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of the firm's manufacturing and engineering search practice.

Mr. Shotland began his career with sales and marketing positions with Moore Business Systems and The Hawaii Corporation.
