Andy Riabokin
Director
Andy Riabokin has extensive experience conducting senior-level executive search assignments in the manufacturing, enterprise software, financial services, engineering services, semiconductor, and networking products industries. In the past twelve years he has successfully completed search assignments in general management, finance, information technology, operations, and supply chain as well as sales and business development for both middle market and large corporate accounts.
Prior to joining cFour, Mr. Riabokin served as a Director with the Morgan Samuels Company, an executive search firm focused on serving Fortune 500 clients. Earlier, he was a Principal and Founder of PROFILER-Digital Media Recruiters, a search firm specializing in serving digital media companies in Los Angeles. Prior to PROFILER, Mr. Riabokin was the Technical and Creative Practice Leader for Larkin Associates, a new media search firm.
Before entering the executive search industry, Mr. Riabokin worked as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager designing and implementing large, complex, multi-protocol IT solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He also led the roll out of Lotus Notes and NetWare for Price Waterhouse in Southern California.
